Since April of 2006, Strings of Auburn has offered delicious, quality Italian food at a price anyone can afford.

A little background on your hosts; Chef Frank Cathers has been with the restaurant chain Strings since 1987, with his wife Monica. Chef Frank was the Executive Chef of the chain while Monica would train new franchisees and managers. After doing this for many years they felt they needed to open their own restaurant and voilá! Strings of Auburn was born! 

Monica and Frank knew they couldn't just open a restaurant and expect it to be successful without surrounding themselves with talented people. So, they asked their sister in-law with years of hospitality experience, Melynda Cathers, to manage their staff. Together they built a staff of employees who have been with them since the beginning who are still around providing consistently quality food and service.

Enjoy daily specials and homemade soups! All meals come with Strings bread and either soup or café salad. String of Auburn makes many dishes that you can only find in Auburn, CA. So, please visit!! Strings of Auburn is located at Quartz and Bell Road in the Rock Creek Center.
